1. Choose Your Design
Select the grillz design you like and go to the product page.
2. Select Your Tooth Number
Check the tooth chart on the product page and identify the number of the tooth or teeth where the grillz will be fitted.
Enter the selected tooth number or numbers in the relevant field on the product page.
3. Save Your Customization
After entering the tooth numbers, click the “Save Customization” button.
Then select your preferred precious metal and finally add the product to your cart.
4. Complete Your Order
Proceed to the checkout steps.
Enter your shipping address, select your preferred payment method, and complete the payment to place your order.
5. Schedule Your Scanning Appointment
Once your order has been completed, the nearest DentifyLab scanning partner clinic in your area will contact you to arrange an appointment for your digital intraoral scan.
The contact details of the clinic that will call you will also be available in the order history and order details section of your account.
6. Digital Scan, Design and Production
On the appointment date, your digital intraoral scan will be completed at our partner clinic, and the scan file will be sent to us.
Your selected grillz design will then be digitally prepared to fit your teeth precisely. The completed design will be sent to you for approval before production begins.
The digital design process takes approximately 2–3 business days.
Once you approve the design, your grillz will enter production. The production process takes approximately 10–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
After production and quality control are completed, your grillz will be shipped to your delivery address via Fedex Express Worldwide.
