Every Grillz piece is designed and produced exclusively for you. Thanks to your digital dental scan, the structure of your teeth is transferred into a digital environment with millimeter-level precision, and the entire production process is carried out using this 3D model.
1. 3D Digital Design
Once your scan file (STL, PLY or OBJ) reaches our laboratory, our specialist design team creates your Grillz digitally in 3D. At this stage, precise fit, aesthetic appearance and wearing comfort are evaluated together.
2. Design Approval
The completed 3D design is sent to you for review. Before production begins, you can examine the design and request any necessary changes.
Production will not begin until you approve the design.
3. Precision Manufacturing
Once the design is approved, the production molds are prepared. Your Grillz is then manufactured using the precious metal option you selected.

The casting process is carried out with high precision, transforming the approved digital design into its final metal form.
4. Hand Finishing & Final Details
After casting, each Grillz piece is individually finished by our experienced craftsmen.

- Final quality control
Each piece is individually inspected and finished to ensure a precise fit to your teeth.
5. Packaging & Shipping
Once quality control is completed, your Grillz is securely packaged in a special jewelry box and shipped directly to your address.
Production Time
Since every Grillz piece is completely custom-made, it is not a mass-produced product. Digital design, approval, mold preparation, precious metal casting, hand finishing, polishing, gemstone setting (if applicable), and quality control are all carried out individually for each customer.
For this reason, the average production time is 10–14 business days.
The result is a genuine piece of jewelry, custom-made exclusively for you, designed for a highly precise fit to your teeth and made for long-lasting use.
